obrzęków chłonnych

Mimo zdecydowanego postępu w zakresie anatomii, fizjopatologii i
terapii obrzęków limfatycznych, nadal duża liczba chorych
bezskutecznie szuka pomocy lekarskiej. Znaczna częć
pacjentów z zaawansowanymi obrzękami limfatycznymi nie
zostaje poddana właciwej, przynoszšcej dobre efekty kliniczne, terapii.
W pracy przedstawiono współczesne metody leczenia
obrzęków limfatycznych, ze szczególnym
zwróceniem uwagi na „terapię
skojarzonš”, obejmujšcš manualny drenaż limfatyczny,
kompresoterapię i ćwiczenia fizyczne, w połšczeniu z elementami
rygorystycznej higieny osobistej. Leczenie uzupełniajšce w terapii
kompleksowej obrzęków stanowi masaż pneumatyczny oraz
elewacja kończyn. Dodatkowo stosuje się leczenie
farmakologiczne-limfotropowe, które ma na celu poprawę
drenażu limfatycznego.
Należy podkrelić, że jedynie kompleksowa fizjoterapia skojarzona z
właciwym leczeniem farmakologicznym jest skutecznš metodš leczenia
obrzęków limfatycznych.
The contemporary methods of the treatment of lymphatic
oedemas

Despite the apparent improvement in the knowledge about the anatomy,
phy-siopathology and therapy of lymphatic oedema there is still a great
number of sick people, who are inefficiently looking for medical help.
Most of the patients with advanced lymphatic swelling are not being
cured in a way that can guarantee a good therapeutical effect.
The issue presents the contemporary methods of the treatment of
lymphatic oedema with special regard to the combinated therapy, that
consists of manual lymphatic drainage, compressotherapy and physical
exercises connected with elements of strict personal hygiene. The
pneumatic massage and elevation of the limb are the complementary
treatment in the combinated therapy of lymphatic oedema. Additionally
the farmacological and lymphotropic treatment, causing the impraement
of lymphatic drai-mage is applied.
It is worth emphasizing, that the complex physiotherapy combined with
the proper farmacological treatment is the only efficient method of the
treatment of the lymphatic oedema.
